Your responsibilities:

  • Revenue: Lead all revenue-generating functions, including business development, sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Strategy Development: Define and execute the overall revenue strategy and business plans together with the founders, setting goals, providing market insights.
  • Pipeline Management: Drive contract negotiations and generate and sustain a robust customer pipeline, ensuring consistent revenue streams.
  • Customer Success: Set up infrastructure with the COO/CFO to execute customer projects and maximize retention rates.
  • Brand: Elevate our brand to the next level to position PIONIX as global leader and "Go-to company".
  • Public Relations: Secure PR coverage in top-tier and industry-specific publications to enhance our visibility.
  • Team Scaling: Scale up local teams to support business growth and market expansion.
  • Partner: Manage partnerships in critical domains (outsourcing, co-selling, marketing, app stores, etc.).

Your qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise:
    • Understand communicate our products' values and technical details.
    • Expertise in high-level software architecture, embedded systems, software integrations.

  • Negotiations: Proven B2B negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams across multiple locations.
  • Working culture
    • Hands-on and Problem-solving mentality
    • Strong team player
    • Driven to win deals and pursue new business opportunities
  • Strategic Planning: Strong understanding of planning and execution including marketing strategies (brand, lead generation, digital and content marketing, PR, analytics)
  • Track record: Successful in roles like CRO, Head of Sales, Marketing, or similar positions.
  • Language: Excellent communication skills (English & preferably German).
  • SaaS: Demonstrated expertise in software-as-a-service business models.
  • TRL: Comfortable working with products that are pre-product-market fit.
  • Representation: Exceptional representation and communication skills.
