PIONIX was part of the Automobilwoche Congress on 25th and 26th October organized by McKinsey & Company. Automobilwoche is a leading German industry and business newspaper for the entire automotive sector.

Automobilwoche and McKinsey & Company screened startups and selected seven finalists as the most exciting and promising startups. These seven start ups were nominated by the jury to give a pitch. The winner was nominated by the audience. The start up session has a success story: “The 39 companies that have appeared on this stage since 2016 have already raised four billion euros after their performance. Five startups have been acquired by industry groups, and three are now unicorns”.

At the start up session Marco gave a pitch about our opensource software EVerest and how we aim to revolutionize the EV charging industry by building a new ecosystem. We got a lot of very positive feedback and together with Elexir AG we made the first place! We are honored to be one of the most promising startups in the automotive industry! Thank you for this great opportunity to spread our vision of making the future greener and more sustainable.

Congratulations to the second place DeepDrive and third place  Goggo Network, and also to Easelink, ONOMOTION (ONO) and ZYNK for your work to create a better future!

Thanks to Automobilwoche for organizing the Congress and LF Energy Foundation and The Linux Foundation and all our other partners for supporting our vision with EVerest!
