Since this year, we can proudly announce that we have a new partner at our side:

🚨 chargebyte 🚨

chargebyte brings electric vehicle charging to the next level with their ready-to-use charge controllers for charging stations and electric vehicles.

Their state-of-the-art powerline products are used in electric vehicles and charging stations, for building automation and in a vast variety of other use-cases.

Together, we enable the integration of the commercial open source software EVerest onto the chargebyte’s charging infrastructure control modules.

chargebyte’s customers have access to the open source operating system. The implementation is backward compatible, too. This consolidates the large number of individual customization developments within the EVerest community project and is available to all users. chargebyte adapts and donates the existing, very well tested and validated feature stacks for ISO 15118-2 and DC norm to the EVerest community.

Since the beginning, chargebyte has been part of PIONIX’ life as we worked with the chargebyte modules. In the last months we visited many trade shows. During that time, we met chargebyte several times and started networking and getting to know each other better. We kept in contact and realized that our visions have good overlap and could fit well together. So we decided to start our promising collaboration - what an awesome evolution from customer to partners!
